This self-guided, self-paced kit includes eight expressive activities with a step-by-step guide to foster family connection, improve communication, encourage self-expression, and build coping skills.
Optional individualized coaching support from a professional is available at no cost, helping parents feel prepared to facilitate the activities, tailor them to their family’s needs, and receive expert guidance for any questions or concerns.
