Teen Leadership Council
Rooted in the idea of training the next generation of volunteers and philanthropists, the Teen Leadership Council is a partnership between Wonders & Worries and local teens in grades 9-12. Through participation in the Teen Leadership Council, teens can gain valuable skills while giving back to the community.
“Wonders & Worries Teen Council allowed me to participate in lessons that I can continue to apply for many years, such as philanthropy and strategies to create a successful and impactful fundraiser. Collaborating with other teens to then use these skills and see our hard work benefit the community firsthand also gave me memories that will last a lifetime.” -Isa M.
“I had such a great experience serving on the Teen Council for three years. The business and marketing skills I gained, paired with the opportunity to serve the Wonders & Wonders organization, made for a wonderfully unique experience that will serve me well in college and beyond.” -Katie S.
“It was great to connect with the Sigma Delta Phi group from UT, meet kids from other high schools, and the Dog Walk was fun to plan!” -Samantha H.
